Recent NGAUS Conference 2012

Reno, Nevada

The most recent NGAUS conference was held in Reno, Nevada, with Guardsmen and women from all 50 States, Guam, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and the District of Columbia.

This year’s conference theme was “The National Guard: Hometown Force, Global Reach.” During the day, members heard from guest speakers from the Pentagon and Congress during business sessions, learned about the state of the Army and Air Force in separate sessions, had an opportunity to attend a variety of professional development workshops, and discovered the latest products and services in the largest defense industry trade show that caters to the National Guard.

The NGAUS conference is an excellent place for networking with your peers and for keeping up to date on all that NGAUS is doing to serve its members and the National Guard as a whole.  Hopefully we can increase the membership going to Hawaii in 2013.
